Create a small group session for you and your friends or co-workers. My Semi-Private 50 min Personal Training Sessions have a max capacity of 3 participants. I will accommodate all levels & comfort zones while minimizing your cost.

I love watching the connections that are made during these classes. There is a great sense of community and commitment that evolves when we exercise together.
In my small group classes you will use foam rollers, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, TRX, plyo boxes, ropes and body weight.
You will gain strength, balance, metabolic conditioning and mobility. We incorporate breath work and great conversation into each circuit/interval style class. You will also learn proper form and there are always modifications and alternatives to make this work for you – wherever you are on your fitness journey.
